"Can I...?, Do I Have to...?" Slaves/Children Ask Permission
"Can I...?, Do I Have to...?" is slave/child speak.
Personal sovereignty begins with your beliefs and attitude which is exhibited by your use of language and actions grounded in being fully knowledgeable about right and wrong, and fully responsible and liable for your words and actions.
If your first thought, or question spoken, is "Can I...?", you must believe others to be superior to you and you are submitting to their power over you.
If your first thought or question spoken is "Do I have to...?" you believe rules, REGULATIONS, BY-LAWS, ACTS, LEGISLATION to be superior law to yours that compels your actions whether you want to or not.
If you are a fully knowledgeable, fully responsible, fully liable man/woman you can set your own law because you will never infringe/trespass on another's rights.
If you are not a fully knowledgeable, fully responsible, fully liable man/woman you will not act lawfully, will be seen as requiring controls on your actions to protect the PUBLIC from you, and you from yourself, therefore you require external LEGAL restraints on your life and actions.
The existence of the LEGAL system operates mainly to protect the PUBLIC from un-knowledgeable, irresponsible, non-liable people because such people are effectively children who do and will cause harm (triggering PARENS PATRIE claim of authority by a COURT to protect you from yourself and the PUBLIC from you).
If you write, speak and act as a fully knowledgeable, fully responsible, fully liable man/woman you are not, and will not be, a threat to the PUBLIC because you are taking authority over your life leaving no excuse for a COURT (or OFFICERS) to ASSUME authority over your life and actions.
If you have signed contracts or agreements or applications you have most likely waived your rights by doing so, in exchange for BENEFITS and PRIVILEGES subjecting yourself to often unknown extensive RULES, REGULATIONS, LEGISLATION - effectively becoming a slave to those LEGAL shackles. You did so voluntarily, regardless of feeling compelled to sign. A signature is proof of voluntary agreement to all TERMS of the document.
Catch yourself and others saying "Can I...?, Do I Have to...?" and decide if you want to claim your authority or continue believing you have none.
If you wish to end the "Can I...?, Do I Have to...?" slave/child mindset it takes time, practice and effort and most of all be fully knowledgeable, fully responsible, fully liable man/woman. Are you up for it? Many people are not and do not wish to be. So be it.
Some people refer to this state of being as "being grown up", which is not a physical size, or age, but a lived experience of being fully knowledgeable, fully responsible, fully liable man/woman. Is it any wonder why so few people can be truly considered "grown up"?
