People have struggled for thousands of years against slavery and tyranny, the fight continues. Overt slavery and tyranny has softened to hidden and "voluntary servitude" through coercive actions, propaganda and corrupted education processes.

There is no chance for remedy unless one knows their rights and fundamentals of law and one accepts the fact that some people (man and woman) are directly capable of planning and doing evil, or maybe even worse, many more people are guilty of actual participation, implementation or willful blindness to evil, unlawful and immoral acts.

Imagine being a tyrant a SLAVE master and not wanting to give up the power and profit of those activities as society moved to higher social values and more respect for fellow mankind. They haven't they just modified their strategies and became more subtle and deceptive.

It is important to note that coercion and deception are required because they cannot infringe on your rights so they must trick you into volunteering. I'd never volunteer you say?

Oh, how mistaken you are.

The "Social Insurance Number" application (now) clearly states applying for a "S.I.N." is completely voluntary.

• "Participation is voluntary; however, refusal to provide your personal information will result in you or your child not receiving a SIN. The information you provide may be shared with federal departments and agencies...for the administration and enforcement of the legislation for which they are responsible."

What else don't know you know? Here's a simple one: no SIN is required to open a BANK account - non-interest bearing. You can open an account without a SIN (and no DRIVER's LICENSE number) or go into your BANK and require them to remove it from all you records and accounts. Failure of them to do so is a violation of your privacy rights.

Here's a PRIVACY COMMISSIONER decision laying out the LEGISLATION that exists to stop GOVERNMENT from infringing rights, no SIN required for BANK account (download PDF of decision):

• "Regarding the first complaint, the Commissioner determined that, despite the complainant's request to withdraw his consent for the bank to use his SIN, the bank had not fully removed it from its records. He therefore found that the bank contravened Principles 4.3.8 and 4.3. The Commissioner noted, however, that the bank did correct its error. Furthermore, despite the lack of evidence that the bank was aware of the complainant's request to remove his driver's licence number, once it was made aware of the request, it removed the number from its records."

What else might you not know and mistakenly believe about the Social Insurance Number, it's intended, use, allowable use and actual function? (same applies to Social Security Number in the USA).

Can you see how the beliefs you have about the "need" for a SIN number and your right to not have, or not use, it for many things which you have many times voluntarily provided when requested or demanded.

We have all been misinformed, mislead, actively coerced and we can say "no" to many things we presently consent to out of our own ignorance/fear. In order to do so one must have a good foundational comprehension of your lawful rights and LEGAL rights (they are different), the basic principles of law and LEGAL and the limitations of GOVERNMENT agencies.

Without hesitation, it is obvious very few people have the most basic knowledge and even fewer are willing to act once they do know, therefore the questions are:

• are you willing to gain the knowledge?
• are you willing to act on the knowledge once you have it?
